Hatch.Bio Labs Sponsors MassNextGen Initiative
The Massachusetts Life Sciences Center (MLSC) has announced the seventh cohort of awardees for the Massachusetts Next Generation (MassNextGen) Initiative, a program dedicated to supporting underrepresented entrepreneurs in the state's life sciences sector. This year, four early-stage companies have each been awarded $60,000, supplemented by additional resources and in-kind services from MassNextGen sponsors.
Hatch.Bio Labs is honored to be among the sponsors of this initiative, reinforcing our commitment to fostering diversity and innovation within the life sciences community. James Weis, CEO of Hatch.Bio Labs, stated, "We’re excited to partner with the MassNextGen Initiative and provide this talented group of entrepreneurs with access to our Hatch.Bio Labs platform, enabling them to focus on turning their groundbreaking science into revolutionary life sciences ventures."
This year's awardees join 31 companies in the MassNextGen portfolio, which has collectively raised nearly $365 million in follow-on funding.
